Returns and Refund Policy

OVERVIEW

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days after you received your product. If 7 days have passed since your product was received, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refund and exchanges will not be possible on any underwear, swimwear or harnesses because of hygiene purposes so please familiarize yourself with the size chart on the product page to ensure you buy the right size. In the event of a defect on the product when it arrives please contact us immediately via email: info@boerseunbrand.co.za so that we can resolve it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and unworn.
